Explore Darwin, Discover Kakadu National Park, cruise on Yellow Water billabong and East Alligator River, see Aboriginal rock art at Nourlangie and Ubirr Rock's.

Day 1. Darwin — Welcomed on arrival in Darwin and transferred to your hotel. The day is then free for you to explore. Accommodation: Novotel Atrium.

Day 2. Kakadu National Park, Yellow Water Wildlife Cruise, Nourlangie Rock — Today, travel into the heart of World Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park. Visit the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre before joining a guided cruise on Yellow Water billabong, keeping a look out for the crocodiles and bird life which live in the area. After lunch, visit Nourlangie Rock to view stunning galleries of ancient Aboriginal rock paintings. Accommodation: Gagudju Crocodile Holiday Inn (L)

Day 3. Ubirr Art, East Alligator River Cruise — There's time for a scenic flight over the escarpment, affording stunning views of spectacular waterfalls (own expense). Travel to Ubirr to view Aboriginal rock art dating back thousands of years. Take in views of the Nardab floodplain from the lookout, then continue to the East Alligator River for the guided Guluyambi Cruise. Local Aboriginal guides will accompany you and explain Arnhem Land culture. Visit Bowali Visitor Centre before returning to Darwin. Accommodation: Novotel Atrium. (L)

Day 4. Darwin — Morning at leisure before transfer to Darwin Airport. (you may wish to consider the Seven Spirit Bay extension).
