Seven Spirit Bay Wilderness Lodge Located on the pristine shores of Coral Bay in Gurig Gunuk Barlu National Park, Seven Spirit Bay Wilderness Lodge offers unique facilities and activities in the lost world of Arnhem Land. Designed to blend in with its surrounds, the stunning multi-level main lodge houses a bar, homestead-style restaurant and comfortable lounge. Spacious verandas and a BBQ deck overlook the palm-fringed swimming pool towards Coral Bay. Accommodation comprises of 23 hexagonal habitats, each hidden amongst the trees around the bay. Every habitat also features a detached bathroom in a garden, allowing for a unique, semi open-air showering experience. Situated on sacred land, a special permit must be issued for lodge guests.

Day 1. Scenic Flight, Safari, Seven Spirit Bay — Join a flight in Darwin and head north-east over the waters of Van Diemen Gulf and the untouched wilderness of the Cobourg Peninsula. Upon landing, join your vehicle for a scenic safari drive through the Cobourg Peninsula Wildlife Sanctuary. Keep an eye out for the abundant local wildlife including water buffaloes, wallabies, dingoes and an amazing array of birdlife. Arrive at Seven Spirit Bay Wilderness Lodge where the remainder of the day is free to join lodge activities or relax around the pool. Day 2. Activities and Walks — Today you have the opportunity to join one of the exciting activities and walks. Try your hand at blue water sport or estuary fishing. Enjoy a scenic coastal cruise or crocodile spotting cruise. Alternatively, join a guided 4WD bushwalk in this tropical wonderland. There are activities to suit every interest, or you might like to sit back and simply enjoy this true wilderness setting. (Some activities at additional cost.) (BLD)
