Australia — Come say G'day

This independent package offers you flexibility and freedom along with the security of pre-planned arrangements. A great way to see Sydney, Blue Mountains, Cairns, Great Barrier Reef.

Day 1: Sydney — Welcomed on arrival for transfer to hotel. Accommodation: Sydney for 3 nights - Shangri-La Hotel or similar.

Day 2. City Sights, Beaches and Lunch Cruise — A free morning before taking a luncheon cruise on famous Sydney Harbour. View the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, followed by an afternoon sightseeing tour of the city. See Hyde Park, the Domain and the Royal Botanic Gardens. (L)

Day 3. Blue Mountains, Koalas, Kangaroos — Tour the Blue Mountains and view the Three Sisters, a giant rock formation towering over Jamison Valley. Later in the day, visit an Australian wildlife park to see kangaroos, emus and the world famous koala.

Day 4. Sydney, Cairns — Morning at leisure before transfer to airport for flight to Cairns (airfare not included). Welcomed on arrival. Accommodation: Cairns for 4 nights - Shangri La, The Marina or similar.

Day 5. Great Barrier Reef — Enjoy your full day cruise to the wondrous Great Barrier Reef. You have the opportunity to swim and snorkel in the crystal waters, or board the sub-sea viewer for a fascinating underwater adventure through the colorful coral gardens and tropical marine life of the reef. (L)

Day 6. Skyrail, Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers — Ride the Skyrail Cableway over World Heritage-listed rain forest to Kuranda. Visit Rainforestation. See the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers and enjoy a ride in an Army Duck before joining the Kuranda Train as it winds its way through the rain forest down the mountain range back to Cairns.

Day 7. Cape Tribulation, Daintree River Wilderness Cruise — Cruise the crocodile-infested Daintree River then head deep into the wilderness of Cape Tribulation in a 4-wheel drive. Stroll the magnificent beach or wander through the rain forest under towering palms. (L)

Day 8. Cairns — Morning at leisure before transfer to Cairns Airport. End of arrangements.
